Must Be Something In The Atmosphere

I said "Brr, it's cold in here."

If the idea of vacationing with your family gives you a migraine, Atmosphere might be able to fix that. In fact, after Lollapalooza, they’ll be pulling over for a pit stop our way on August 7th for their Family Vacation Tour.

Fresh off the release of their newest album, The Family Sign, the rapping duo, Sean Daley (Slug) and Anthony Davis (Ant), are guaranteed to drop mad tracks when they take the stage at the Crofoot in Pontiac. The group incorporates real life scenarios to give this album a deeper feel, along with the bold guitar riffs and piano keys. From catchy beats like the ones in “Just For Show” to the story-telling lyrics in “Your Name Here,” this album will get you up and moving while covering heavy issues in friendships and relationships.

If you’ve heard any of Atmosphere’s previous albums, you’ll quickly realize this album is way more down-tempo, but definitely still hits you where you feel lit.

Get tix here and let us know what you think of the show.
